This is a highly recommended service for customers who are having minor irritations or interruptions in their work flow where configuration changes and/or installing updates can most likely smooth things out. |

This is a highly-recommended service when a customer needs a more precise Statement of Work, or when they want to upgrade to a newer version of ADP Taxware's products. This is typically a quick 2-3 day analysis of what the client needs to meet their requirements. |
