Ainsworth has an LLM in taxation and 25 years of experience in U.S. Federal and State taxes, combined with a significant international exposure as the Deputy Director of International Tax Program at Harvard Law School and as a Fulbright Professor of American taxation at the Osaka and Kyoto Universities, Japan. Anna-mary Cullen

Anna-mary Cullen, Senior Tax Counsel at ADP Taxware, is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston, American, and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Institution for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association's Service Provider BC Steering Committee. Cullen has a BA in Business Management and International Business and a minor in French from Merrimack College, as well as a JD and MBA (concentrating in Marketing) from Suffolk University's School of Law and Sawyer School of Business. Antonio Di Benedetto

Antonio Di Benedetto is a Senior Tax Manager in the Tax Research Department of ADP Taxware. He supervises a group of research attorneys and associates in research efforts relating to all ADP Taxware products and service offerings. Di Benedetto has been in the Tax Research Department for almost six years. He is an attorney, with his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where he graduated with honors and his B.A. from Boston College . Mr. Di Benedetto is working toward his LL.M. in Taxation at Boston University Law School . He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). In addition, he is licensed to practice in front of the United States District Court for the district of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. |

Ramon Frias

Ramon Frias is licensed to practice law in the Dominican Republic and is a member of the Dominican Bar Association. Ramon has a Certificate Degree from Harvard University as well as a JD from the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo. He also has written many essays about tax administration, and one of them won the first prize in the international essays contest sponsored by the Inter American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT). He also worked for more than 10 years in the Department of Revenue of the Dominican Republic where he served as Deputy Director. Ramon is proficient in French and Spanish. |

Joan Howard is a Senior Tax Attorney in the Tax and Government Affairs Department at ADP Taxware. She is responsible for researching transaction tax laws in the U.S. , Canada , and other foreign countries, including those within the EU. Joan has been with Taxware since May of 2003. She has transaction tax experience in the public sector, as a Sales & Use Tax Auditor for the City of Boulder, Colorado, and was a Consultant in the State & Local Tax Group at Ernst & Young. She is a graduate of Stonehill College and New England School of Law, and is a Member of both the Massachusetts and New Jersey Bar. |

Annette Kovamees is currently managing the growing Outsourced Tax Compliance department at ADP Taxware. Annette's accounting and finance experience includes ERP system implementations and controllerships for both large and small corporations. She has been with ADP Taxware for six years and she has over fifteen years of hands-on experience filing VAT and Sales/Use tax returns. Annette has a degree in Business Administration from University of Lund, Sweden.

Charles Maniace

Charles Maniace, Senior Tax Counsel at ADP Taxware, is a lawyer and a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Prior to joining Taxware, he worked as an arbitration attorney for John Hancock Financial Services, specializing in insurance regulation and sales practices. At Taxware, Charles has been involved in monitoring the progress of the Streamlined Sales Tax Initiative and has given talks and presentations on a variety of tax topics including Sarbanes-Oxley, drop shipments, the taxation of high technology transactions, and the growth of sales tax holidays. Charles holds a BS in Business Economics from Bentley College , a JD from Boston University School of Law, and an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. |

Matthew S. Walsh

Matthew S. Walsh is Director of Tax Research for ADP Taxware. He is responsible for overseeing all domestic and international tax law content within the Taxware Systems. In addition, he provides advice on tax issues to Taxware clients and internal tax matters. Walsh has been with Taxware since 2000. Prior to joining us he worked at John Hancock Financial Services and for the Attorneys General for the State of Vermont. He is a graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Vermont and the United States Federal District Court in the District of Massachusetts. |
